Analyzed trends in the program and determined which STEM fields produced successful commercialized products, any demographic insights, and specific skills the academic research community can learn from the programs.

Consultant for a private company, Glimpse K-12, which provides evidence-based policy recommendations for Alabama school districts. Ran analysis on online teaching methods and how they translated to long-term interest and active learning and wrote a report on the findings and policy implications.

Research Interests
My research interests are on technology use and equity in the public sector, which includes public-private partnerships, STEM workforce mobility and communication and the inclusion of disadvantage groups. My dissertation interests include university-industry relationships, open science policies and their impacts on knowledge flows and organizational management.
